Dr. Karthieka Raja Rajeswaran is a Research Scientist at Silveray. She is passionate about nanomaterial research and development, and focused on optimising materials, processes and device engineering at Silveray for future commercial thin-film X-ray detector products. She has six years of research experience and recently completed her doctorate degree at the University of Madras, India, where she researched perovskite- and semiconductor-based X-ray detectors at low doses. She also investigated proposed models for the development of direct-conversion X-ray detectors. Karthieka’s experience includes nanomaterial/nanocomposite synthesis, thin- and thick-film coating techniques, characterisation and data analysis.
