Dan Sharkey is a Senior Process Engineer at Silveray. Dan’s passion for detail-oriented solutions and continuous improvement plays a key role in delivering Silveray’s advanced manufacturing ambitions. As a senior process engineer, he leads the scale-up of manufacturing processes and the expansion of the company’s fab to move from R&D to higher-volume production. Before joining Silveray, Dan worked at Smartkem, gaining extensive experience in organic TFT and flexible electronics as lead process integration engineer. He holds a master’s degree in physics from the University of Manchester and also spent eight years at Diodes (Zetex) – focusing initially on diffusion process engineering on an automotive-compliant semiconductor process line, then moving into process and product development to innovate the next generation of power semiconductor devices.
