Hassan Hassanpour is one of Silveray’s Applications Engineers. Hassan previously worked as a Test Engineer at DePuy Synthes, the largest medical device company for joint reconstruction in the world. His initial focus will be on analysing and characterising our direct X-ray conversion material, helping to optimise performance according to different application requirements. Hassan completed a Masters’ degree in Biomaterial Science at the University of Sheffield which provided him with a broad understanding of the medical and other industry requirements. In his years of working in a highly regulated sector, he implemented best practices to gather, handle, and process diverse test & characterisation data. Building on his intimate knowledge of the patented X-ray conversion material and its capabilities, Hassan will lead the OEM design-in effort for Industrial applications by liaising closely with key customers in this field.
